Anxiety Panic Disorder Remedies

is a disorder in which the anxiety a person feels is above the normal anxiety most people feel before they make a speech or perform in front of an audience. They feel scared like something very terrible is about to take place. They feel as though their lives are in danger, or they are going to die.

It is often compared to the feeling of a heart attack. Their heart starts to beat at a high rate and sometimes beats irregularly. They sweat, tingle, tremble, and feel like they can’t breathe or become nauseous.

These attacks are caused by certain triggers or stress influences. The triggers can hit at an unexpected time and an unexpected location, sending the person into an attack. A lot of people develop a fear of their panic attacks. Not knowing when they are going to hit, they avoid public places, especially crowded places or small places where they may feel trapped. Anywhere that they fear an attack may occur.

This disorder is treatable and people can become completely rid of their attacks and live normal lives, but it does take some time. Anxiety Panic Disorder can be maintained through certain medications such as anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications. Therapy, such as behavioral and cognitive therapy, is also offered to help people take control of their anxiety and symptoms. Even hypnosis is an option and works well with people who seriously suffer from this disorder.

Other options are also recommended such as yoga, tai chi, meditation, and non-strenuous exercise to help calm the body and clear the mind. Herbs can also be used instead of medications. St. John’s Wort, passion flower, lavender, and chamomile are just a few herbs out of many that can help lower anxiety levels and help with anxiety disorders.
